When I find veggie soups, I kinda think that the hubs might not approve so it's awesome to see a male approved! lol. My kids might not, but that just means there will be more for me because it looks delicious!!

I'm portuguese and grew up on calde verde soup - a kale soup with beans, carrots, potatoes and sometimes chourico!.

I am so glad that I made my way to your blog! I love it already and yesterday was my first visit. This soup looks AMAZING! The forecast is calling for a cold weekend, so I'm excited to try this out on Saturday.

Just wanted to follow up and let you know that I made this soup and it was DELICIOUS! You're right, it's husband approved for me too! I also made the polenta patties and they turned out great, too. Here's the post with some images :)
